Whether it is a casual session to play like-minded individuals or more competitive play, we cater for all and also offer a junior coaching session for any youngsters looking to either get involved in the sport or improve their current level.

SQUASH AND RACKETBALL COACHING
Anyone looking for squash or racketball coaching, Simon Asher, our Level 2 Squash and Racketball qualified coach can be booked for individual or group coaching session.
Individual session - £15 per hour plus light fees (£4)
2 Players - £10 per hour each (includes light fees)
3 or more players - £7 per hour each (includes light fees)
All equipment provided if required. Coaching sessions are tailored for all standards from beginners upwards.

Simon runs the Club's junior coaching sessions (ages 6-16) held every Monday during term time. Please contact the Club for further information.

Junior Squash Coaching: 5.15-6.00pm Beginners 6-6.45pm Intermmediate (Term time only) £2 per session
Match Practice (Team Players Only) - 6.00 - 8.00pm
Racketball Morning Club (All Standards) - 9.30am - 12noon
The Club has one squash team which plays in the local West Sussex league and is open to both male and female players.
The league runs from September to May each year.

Anyone who would be interested in playing for the team is advised to come down on a Monday night for Club Night.
There is further chance to play competitively outside of the team. This is through internal leagues which are open to all standards and offers a good chance to play other squash players within the Club.
An annual tournament is held at the Club, offering an open, a handicap and doubles, as well as 'Plate' competitions for anyone knocked out in round one.
If anyone is interested in receiving coaching, the Club has a number of coaches available for both individual and group session.
