Badminton, squash and table tennis are not the only activities that the Club offers. We also provide a number of other activities. A list of these can be found below:
Monday and Thursday evenings
On both evenings there are two sessions run, one starting at 6.30pm and one at 7.30pm.
Boogie Bounce is a fab, fun, funky and fat burning full body workout designed to promote a party like atmosphere to a range of fantastic, inspiring music!
Sessions involve a workout on mini trampolines.

The Club holds a yoga session on afternoons, suitable for all ages. Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
