BADMINTON AT LHBSC
The Club encourages players of all standards to come and enjoy badminton. We have sessions to suit all levels from beginners through to league standard, and all ages from juniors to those in their eighties!
There are men and women league players at the Club, as well as many social players, enjoying either Club sessions or their own games. Courts can be booked, when not specifically allocated to Club events.

Men's 1 v Steyning, 13/2/12, Home.
We entertained Steyning at "Fortress Littlehampton" (still to be beaten here this season) last night & completed another double over them, with a 6-3 victory this time!!.
Scott & Josh are on "fire" at the moment, playing some really exceptional Badminton & looking the REAL DEAL, long may it continue!!!. We are right in the mix now having played a couple of our games in hand & still with more to come, well done guys another good job done!!.
Men's 1 v West Worthing, 8/2/12, Home .
We had more selection problems ( 2 unavailable again) last night, however we still managed to win, 5-4 this time. A big thankyou to Chris & Alex for coming in, helping out & doing so well on their 1st team debut.
Also credit must go to all the others on their commitment,desire, will to win & never say die attitude, another great effort once again.
Mixed Combi v Arcadians, 3/2/12, Home.
We took on the basement battlers Arcadians on Friday pm, home this time & completed yet another 6-0 whitewash, which we completed in double quick time, another good job well done all of you!!
So far so good & lets make sure that we keep this winning run going, a tough one coming up soon a local derby versus Bognor!!.

Mixed Badminton, ( for Advanced and Match Standard Players ) 7-10pm, £3.50 – or from 6.30pm on match nights
Wednesday:
Mixed Badminton/all standards, 9.30am-12, £3.50
Mixed Badminton, 7.30-8.30pm (7.00-8.00pm on match nights) £2.50
Thursday:
Ladies Badminton, 9.30am-12, £3.50
Junior Badminton Coaching with Karen Chapman-Gain, 6-7pm, £2
Mixed Badminton/all standards, 8-11pm, £3.50 adults, juniors £2.50
Saturday:
Saturday Morning Junior Badminton Club – 10-12noonContact club for details
Sunday:
The club is available for badminton subject to court availability. It is advised to book beforehand.
COACHING
The Club has two qualified coaches available, and also encourages members to gain coaching qualifications through Badminton England.
